Today on (7/02/2008) we had problems on one of our older servers, we couldn't connect and couldn't find a reason to why this was happening, after 18 hours of trying to solve this problem, we get this email from our host

I regret to inform you that your server was accidentally re-provisioned last
night by one of our administrators.

First, I want to apologize profusely for this. We go to great strides to make
sure that things like this don't happen, and I can guarantee that this is
the first (and last) time it will ever happen. Secondly, our General Manager
has authorized me to give you 3 free months on your dedicated server for the
trouble this has caused.

We are in the process now of re-installing your server to your original
specifications, I will notify you when it has been completed.

So in short videos located on server 208.43.121.150 was actually formatted and resold to another client of theirs, we have never, ever experienced anything so unprofessional with any hosting company EVER and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it! 10643 videos where deleted abruptly and without warning.

We cannot do anything to reimburse your time uploading videos, sorry. Active premium users have 2 options,

1. a refund
2. extend your premium account for another 3 months
