Veganism is a philosophy that encourages people to eat plants and avoid animal products.

There are around 4.6 billion vegan households in the world, according to the Vegan Society.

Many vegan households have vegans as members, with about 40% of the population.

The word “vegan” comes from the Greek word for “to be without meat”.

Vegans consider eating meat to be morally wrong.

While vegans can have meat-free meals and meat- and dairy-free products, they often avoid dairy products and eggs.

Vegans also avoid certain foods and certain methods of cooking animals.

They generally do not eat meat from factory farmed animals, or use products that have been raised with animals in mind.

They also avoid products that are genetically modified (GM) and/or raised in a factory far from their original environments.

Some vegans avoid certain dairy products, like almond milk and yoghurt.

The Vegan Society says veganism is “not a diet or lifestyle, but rather a way of living” that is a “diet of self-expression and the pursuit of selflessness”.

The idea is that this can be done on the “vegetarian diet”, which excludes all animal products, or as an alternative to a “veggie diet”.

The most popular “veg” foods include meat, fish and eggs, although veganism can be practised in other ways too.

There is no evidence to suggest that veganism helps anyone live a plant-based lifestyle, and many people choose not to be vegans because of concerns about the health effects of consuming animal products and animal-based products.

Veganism does, however, come with some benefits.

According to a survey by the Vegetarian Society, people who ate meat- or dairy-based foods were more likely to have a lower body mass index (BMI) and to be overweight or obese.

Vegetarians also had a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

According to veganism, veganism has many similarities to a healthful diet.

People on a vegan diet eat plants in their own way, which means eating less processed foods.

They eat fruits, vegetables and legumes.

Vegents also avoid processed meat and dairy products.

Vegentarianism is also a more holistic lifestyle, meaning it means avoiding eating the same foods over and over again.

Some people choose to eat vegan for health reasons, such as preventing or treating inflammatory conditions.

Vegan diets are also not just for vegans, but anyone who wants to reduce their carbon footprint.

There’s also no evidence that a vegan lifestyle is linked to a reduction in risk of chronic diseases like heart disease or cancer.

There are many different vegan diets that people can follow.

The most common is the plant-Based Diet, which is based on eating plants, including beans, lentils, peas, lentil soups, tofu and tofu scramble.

Vegan food is also known as a Vegan Diet.

Some vegan groups also offer a vegan version of a popular high-fat, high-sugar, processed food like white bread and pizza.

People tend to think veganism means living a plant based lifestyle.

However, being vegan is not a dietary requirement and vegans do not need to restrict themselves to eating only plant foods.

The only requirement is that you eat plants for your health.
